The location was great.
The property lacked attention to detail. There were coffee pods provided, but no coffee machine, and only two tea bags had been left for us. One of the beds did not have a duvet or any sort of cover. We eventually found the duvet and the cover ourselves and had to put it on. The soap dispenser was also empty, and the Wi-Fi router was not connected to the power, so we had to locate the cable and set it up ourselves. The flat itself could also do with some renovation, particularly the stairs. One of the steps is damaged and feels quite unsafe, and we were concerned about how long it might be before it breaks completely.
