    Wielkość apartamentu, duża kuchnia, wygodne łóżka. Blisko sklepy, ładny park i gastronomia.

    Apartament zlokalizowany przy torach tramwajowych, hałas oraz trzęsienie apartamentu nie dawały spokojnie wypocząć. Klatka schodowa bardzo stara i zniszczona, winda na jedną osobę z walizką. Zdjęcia nie zgodne z rzeczywistością, łazienka niekomfortowa, brak brodzika wszystko zalane dookoła.
