    À 3/4 klm du centre et des plages il faut tt faire en voiture Bien pour les personnes qui veulent rester sur place Maison piscine… Mercadona a 2 minutes Mais pour les personnes qui aiment bouger visiter faire autre chos Torrevieja et à éviter…

    Avoid renting properties managed by Sunny Homes.

    Be aware that Sunny Homes requires a security deposit to be paid directly rather than through Booking.com. In our case, after an 11-night stay with final cleaning included in the booking price, they retained €150 of our €200 deposit. The reasons given included photographs of a few unwashed dishes and areas they claimed required additional floor cleaning. We believe these were matters that should have been covered by the included final cleaning service, and we are disputing the deduction. Future guests should carefully document the condition of the property on both arrival and departure.
