La ubicación y el contacto continuo del propietario, que está pendiente de todo en todo momento.
El ruido. Las escaleras tan empinadas y estrechas, lógicas en un edificio antiguo.

Zona muy ruidosa y cama incómoda, ubicación buena
La ubicación era buena y el dueño muy amable, nos dejó salir más tarde.
El apartamento es bastante pequeño y el baño incluso incómodo del tamaño tan reducido que tiene. No está muy bien mantenido. Las escaleras de acceso un tanto peligrosas. El colchón incómodo, las almohadas muy finas, se agradecerían dos almohadas individuales y la cama cruje muchísimo. La zona es de bares de copas y hasta las 2 am que cierran, se oye el ruido completamente.
