Vacaciones perfectas
El edificio está muy nuevo, las instalaciones bien mantenidas y está a medio camino entre Los Gigantes y Playa de la Arena. Para una familia de 4 personas era amplio, con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios. Además tiene varios supermercados cerca y la plaza de garaje es fundamental en esa zona que no hay aparcamiento en las calles.
La única pega es que deben limpiar el polvo mejor, todo estaba muy limpio, pero por alergias, tuvimos que limpiar a fondo las habitaciones, porque no lo habían hecho.

Looks better than in the photos. Parking is included. I think that location is very good too. We were allowed to have a late checkout. It was very quiet during night and evening hours despite the fact that all windows are facing the pool area.
Some of the kitchen equipment requires renovation

Super appartement, spacieux, bien agencé idéal en famille. Bien situé également.
Dommage que les piscines soient si froides et il manquerait un peu de vaisselle (couverts, bols par exemple)
