Architecturally the building is very cool. The location is great. It is quiet. The WiFi works.
The property is in desperate need of maintenance. The drains don't drain. There are broken chairs on the terrace. There is a curtain or blind missing over one of the large windows, which means that all night the communal light from the communal pathway is shining right in. The bedrooms are not really rooms, you cannot close them off. You could call them alcoves or nooks really. The aircon is not strong enough for the size of the property. It was 26 degrees at night, even in early June, with the aircon on. For us the online check in was an absolute nightmare, the worst we've experienced in 3 weeks in Europe. Instead of listening to us and trying an alternative the owner just kept sending the same link maybe 3 or 4 times and saying something like "I don't understand why it's not working for you", in Italian. Finally they sent things through WhatsApp and that worked. Frankly for a 5 night stay arriving in the afternoon of a weekday, someone should have just met us at the property.

Repetiria sin dudarlo
Perfecto para 4 personas. 2 baños, uno pequeñito arriba, en una de las habitaciones y otro mas grande abajo. Apartamento muy luminoso . Tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo para entrar, culpa nuestra por no leer todas las instrucciones que nos dieron, y Vincenzo nos lo solucionó enseguida. La estación del metro “Corvetto” esta a unos 10 minutos andando, es la línea amarilla y te lleva directamente al Duomo y a la estación central. Cerca de la parada metro hay un supermercado Connad y un Carrefour express.

Io e le mie amiche/colleghe abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una cena di Natale e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento era pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla. L’host è stato gentile e sempre disponibile. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura e ci torneremmo volentieri
