  The apartment is very spacious - it has 4 levels and 3 balconies. Location is also nice - very close to everything and there is even a city beach in just 5 minutes.

  Because the apartment is so big and quite old, it’s hard to maintain it clean. The ACs are only in the sleeping rooms, so during the summer heat it can be extremely hard to stay inside other premises. Also, there is no washing machine.

  I really enjoyed the location, very close to all restaurants and other touristic points.

  The flat is definitely outdated and there was a very strong smell of mould throughout the property. As I am asthmatic, I found this particularly difficult and it significantly affected my comfort during the stay. The cleanliness was also below the standard I expected. In fact, because of the smell and the condition of the property, I did not feel comfortable taking my clothes out of my luggage for the entire duration of my stay. It is important to differentiate between an old building with character and a property that is properly cleaned and maintained. I appreciate the charm of older accommodation, but this should not come at the expense of cleanliness, hygiene and a healthy environment.
