    Secure, safe, sterile, no soul, rude night staff.

    Spacious apartment and good facilities in the building. Very nice area and secure. Very amazing pool for summer. The person on the end of the booking chat was lovely and very responsive.

    Expensive for what it was. The staff on arrival (night staff) very rude - it was unexpected to have them be so impolite at such a late hour. Security and biometric process was intense - felt very uncomfortable. Place is like Fort Knox. There in winter so couldn’t use the pool. Using the oven also blew the fuses in the apartment so we wasted a whole meal (30 euros) as couldn’t cook it.

    Apartment just as described. Great location.

    Pool and gym are really great. Apartment is just as described and standard of the building is very high. Very practical location near a lot of stores, supermarket and subway.

    Parking not included, but that's normal in São Paulo
