  Great location but very dirty apartment

  Location and balcony

  Location is very good. Its also a spacious apartment but the management is a disaster. We arrived at 11am. I know its early but he told us that they needed at least 2 hours to clean the apartment. We waited until 2.15pm to receive the check in details for the day and when we proceeded for the apartment at 2.45pm, we arrived and noticed that the apartment had not been cleaned from previous guests. Garbage and beds dirty and used. I called 3 times until getting an answer where he told me feel free to find an another apartment. It was not an option at the last minute. Whilst on the telephone the cleaners arrived and when asked how long do they need to clean the apartment, it was only 20 minutes. How can you clean an apartment in 20 minutes? Obviously not. We went for a walk until they were ready and when we arrived back, surprisingly not even the shower was cleaned. I had to scrub it with the sponge that was left dirty in the sink because not even that did they change. Shower head damaged No toilet paper holder Only one towel to share between 3 people everyday. Hair in the bathroom and on the floor Balcony not cleaned Only one pillow per person Blanket not replaced Cutlery used put back in the drawer No curtain in the shower, all the water goes on the floor Not even a shower/bath mat Freezer never cleaned, all icy The dirty laundry removed from when they came to clean, they even left them under the bed for our whole 5 night stay. Very unhygienic. Feeling sorry for the guests who have to come after us. If you have the responsibility of having to rent an apartment in short lets, at least have the decency to check what happens after the cleaners leave.
