    Spacious, well-equipped rooms offering a really good-value stay!

    The VnaHomes Aparthotel must surely be one of the best-value accommodation offerings to be found anywhere in Indochina. Located just a few yards from the edge of Hanoi’s lively West Lake area, it is within easy reach of a plethora of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Inside, guests benefit from a decently equipped gym. I was most impressed by the quality of the rooms, which offer guests a range of modern facilities, including a full-size fridge, a microwave, two modern widescreen TVs with streaming services that include Netflix, and, importantly, a very comfy bed. The hotel’s young, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable reception staff were always ready to share their knowledge of the city, while the housekeeping team ensured that the rooms were kept clean and well maintained. All things considered, VnaHomes represented an exceptionally good deal for travellers to Hanoi.

    It's a quibble, but I would have pleased to see a bit more variation in the breakfast offerings - but I liked the fact that the hotel staff send the meals to rooms at times specified by their guests (before 09:45, at least).

    Short but Impressive stay in an vibrant city

    Perfect Location Beat the Tay Ho (West Lake). Clean and Calm. Staff very friendly. Michael and Nguyen from the staff helped us a lot. Perfect recommandation!

    An der Rezeption wurde sogar ein sehr gutes Deutsch von Michael gesprochen. Auch die junge Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

    Das Frühstück war für so ein Hotel ein Witz. Die Sandwich war zwar lecker aber die Art und Weise so ein billiges Frühstück zu servieren war einfach für so ein Objekt mehr als schwach
