    Hatten zuerst Pech mit einem nicht wirklich sauberen Zimmer. Haben dann aber ein Upgrade bekommen und dann war alles super! Lage perfekt!

    Personal leider nicht so freundlich.

    change you night duty staff its an advice. As no guests like such behaviour

    location was good other staff was good

    The staff at night shift had a bad attitude. She budged into our room to check if we are smoking inside the room. when she came into the room she found out that i was smoking in the terrace of the room. it was really unethical for any hotel staff to budge into your room to check. if there is a fine on smoking in the room. if they found out on check out they could fine me. But me not smoking in room and someone comes to check your room. if feels like a student hostel than a high grading hotel.

    Incredible staff make this hotel

    Very comfy beds, comfy and quiet rooms, surprising considering the location and how close we were to the stairwell and elevator. Breakfast buffet is regularly loaded I was so shocked, bacon came out twice as I was there and eggs fried runny to hard even saw the coffee machine being regularly cleaned and prepped in wait. Incredible spreads for the price paid. Amazing attentive staff who did everything they could to make our hotel stay comfortable on arrival, we had a difficult request to ask of them, which they fixed last minute. they resolved it without us even having to mention our parties disability which was such a relief. Key staff member who helped us was Canadian eve or Eva.

    A nice to have would be an additional elevator.Location is fine if you are healthy, it is on a hill which is hard after a night out so compound that with waiting for an elevator while your heads spinning and it’s the only thing holding the hotel back from charging more
