    8vernight stay

    The hotel, staff, food were all excellent.

    There was no heating in the room no. 232, and I and my friend were really cold. I know we should have reported it to reception. But I don't feel it's up to guests to report maintenance matters. We have stayed in this hotel before and we were very disappointed this time.
