    Disappointed in many ways.

    City centre location

    Only after booking the room were we told that due to refurbishment the restaurant was closed so breakfast was at a neighbouring restaurant. Got wet walking there, it was chaotic & staff unhelpful. Spa facilities were old & dreadful.
