  Beautiful setting and spacious accommodation, but less peaceful than expected

  The location is beautiful, with lovely views, unforgettable sunsets and easy access to the nearby beach and restaurant. We particularly appreciated the spacious rooms, the very comfortable and generously sized bed, and the beautiful plants and greenery in front of one of the bedrooms. Communication with host Geda was good. She responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful when the gas stove wasn't working. The complimentary welcome snacks and water bottle were also a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The beach at Playa de Migjorn is absolutely beautiful, and we really appreciated being able to use the parasols provided by Astbury, as there is virtually no natural shade and the sun can be very intense, even in October.

  Unfortunately, the accommodation did not fully meet our expectations, particularly regarding privacy and tranquillity. Based on the photos, we expected a detached, peaceful bungalow. Instead, we stayed in a row of adjoining bungalows with neighbours on both sides. Noise from one side woke us up every morning. Our bungalow was also located directly behind the Voga Mari restaurant, whose loud rooftop ventilation and motors ran for several hours daily. We had specifically chosen this accommodation for peace and quiet, so this was very disappointing. More information upon arrival would have been helpful, especially about beach access and bicycle or scooter rentals, as we had no car and rental options were not nearby. Guests should also be informed that this stretch of Playa de Migjorn is very popular with nudists. During our four days there, we were practically the only ones wearing swimwear, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. While we fully respect everyone's choice, we would have appreciated knowing this beforehand. The spring mattresses were uncomfortable and caused me back pain. Small touches like candles or warmer lighting would also have improved the atmosphere. Overall, a beautiful property, but the lack of privacy and tranquillity was disappointing, especially considering the price.

  Formentera at its best.

  Wonderful location. Gorgeous views across Migjorn. Peace, quiet and everything you need for a restorative break.

  Everything was absolutely perfect! We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was great — the service, the atmosphere, and the overall experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

  Sole , mare ,pace meraviglioso.

  Tutto stupendo, la vacanza che immaginavo. Posizione magnifica sulla spiaggia di Migjorn che adoro. L’abitazione perfetta per chi cerca la libertà.?il personale adorabile .

  Se proprio devo fare una piccola critica…. A volte il rumore dei macchinari , credo dell’aria condizionata del ristorante di fronte . Ma un’inezia !
