    Wonderful

    A fantastic room in a beautiful old building in the historic old town. A great location literally stepping out into the bustle of the city. A choice of three great coffee shops stepping out of the door. Great restaurants all around. I loved having coffee/wine on the balcony and watching the world go by. Lovely host with great check-in instructions.

    Fabulous

    Stefania was an excellent host, she was helpful and kind, and went above and beyond what we have experienced before. She was in contact with us during our stay to make sure that everything was ok. When my husband became ill in town, she gave me excellent advice and checked in on us to make sure he was recovering. And Stefanie was so thoughtful that she gave us gifts for our birthdays. She made our week in Napoli extra special for which we are very grateful. 💐 Our room was lovely - clean, airy and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. There was a good selection of tea and coffee supplies, and a wonderful overhead shower. The accommodation was well situated being close to the old town, an easy 20 minutes walk to the station, and with a lovely local cafe directly opposite which sold a wonderful selection of local pastries and great coffee.

    The communication with the owner/staff was probably the best part. Stefania was very responsive at all times. The room was very spacious (especially compared to another place where I stayed in Naples) and clean. I stayed only for one night there, but my stay was very smooth. I asked to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out (I left my luggage at the reception where all guests had access, but I had no bad surprises..the hotel is tiny). Also, I thought the location was great to visit the central Naples. You go up a street a little bit and you find yourself in the midst of the tiny streets of Naples.

    I thought the price was a bit steep, but it seems to be the case for everything in Naples and this is certainly not any negative reflection of the Voglia 'e turnà. Advice: book well in advance!!!!
