The resort fee is a Club Card which includes access to the sport facilities, entertainment activities, beach service with parasols and sun loungers (upon availability). The Club card is mandatory from 30/05 to 27/09 included, at a cost of € 7,00 per person, per day for adults and children above 3 years old. In other periods soft entertainment. This fee is not payable for children under 3 years. Payment of total booking is required on arrival. Please note that access to the wellness and fitness centers is available on request and at an additional cost. The poolside pizzeria requires reservation. When booking a half board or full board option, drinks are included at the main buffet restaurant. Children aged 12 and under are not allowed in the wellness center.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.     N'y retournerai pas!

    Les Jardins et la plage dans les rochers, le lieu dans un beau parc naturel. Le matin au pdj, très bon café avec des barmans souriants! Sinon.....

    Parc naturel sans oiseaux, donc peu d’animaux. Je me demande ce qu’ils font pour ne pas avoir de chats ! Epouvantable salle à manger intérieure dans le restaurant principal: odeur et bruit, insupportable ! Le manque de clarté concernant les boissons inclus/non inclus des nombreux bars dans le site. Le manque de cordialité du personnel des bars. La fin de saison à bon dos! Le manque de simplicité et de flexibilité. Par exemple: en revenant de la plage vers 12h30, je passe devant la pizzeria 12h30, le serveur me dit qu’il y ait une table de libre pour deux personnes. Pour cela, je dois aller à la réception qui va valider ma réservation instantanément et je pourrais retourner m’asseoir à cette fameuse table.

    Tolle sehr gepflegte Anlage. Top Empfehlung!

    Schöne Einrichtung, tolle bademöglichkeit am Strand und in Pools, sehr gutes Essen. Nettes Resort

    Eigentlich war alles toll, nächstes Mal würde ich vielleicht noch versuchen eine Wohnung zu finden, die nicht den Balkon im Norden hat ( kühl, ungemütlich und viele Mücken Wohnung wirkt dunkler) , und das etwas näher ist, weil man doch mehrmals pro Tag hin und her läuft.

    I give it 3 stars there

    The property located close to Siracusa, and many things to do around. Reception staff was lovely, also Tony in coffee bar in restaurant. Beautiful place around. We stayed in 3 rooms, 5 adults and 3 kids

    The property need renovation, and I won’t speak about furniture here, the mattresses is very old and uncomfortable, my son bed made squeaking nose any time he turn ant it use to wake up us all, pillows very hard and too high. The shower in terrible condition, it need to clean and scrub at list! Shower door not close properly. The same floors in bathroom and room. Mosquito nest necessary in balcony door and window. The breakfast very poor and same all the time, need to add more variety, at list fry eggs, omelet, porridge
