السلام عليكم. لقد حجزت فيلا من هذا المكان عن طريق موقع البوكنق من تاريخ 5 اكتوبر 2026 الى تاريخ 13 اكتوبر والدفع كان مسبقا قبل شهرين من موعد الوصول غير قابل للاسترداد. وعند وصولي بقبل الموعد بأربع ساعات وردتني رسالة بأنه تم الغاء الحجز دون انذار سابق رغم انني استأجرت سيارة وتكبدت خسائر لاحل الوصول لهم . اتصلت على موقع البوكنق لحل المشكلة اكثر من مرة ولمدة 40 دقيقة وولم يجدوا لي حل ولم يتم تعويضي ببديل عن هذا الفندق . واكتفوا بأنه يمكنك الحجز والدفع من جديد وسيتم ارجاع المبلغ لك . والمصيبة الاعظم انني دخلت على موقع الفندق في البوكنق ووجدت انه يتوفر لديهم حجوزات . لا اعلم قد يكون هذا الفندق . علما بانني وصلت الى الفندق ولم اجد الا باب مغلق. وقد تم توثيق كل ما جرى لي بالصور . تحياتي لكم…. ⚠️ Extremely Disappointing Experience – Please Be Careful Before Booking I booked this villa through Booking.com for October 5–13, 2026, and paid the full amount two months in advance. The reservation was non-refundable. Just four hours before my scheduled arrival, I received a cancellation message without any prior warning. I had already rented a car and incurred travel expenses to reach the property. I contacted Booking.com several times and spent approximately 40 minutes trying to resolve the issue, but I was not offered alternative accommodation. Instead, I was told to make a new booking and pay again, with a promise that my original payment would be refunded later. Even more concerning, the property appeared to have other available reservations on Booking.com when I checked. I personally drove to the property and found the entrance closed, with nobody available to assist me. I have photographs and evidence documenting what happened. My advice to future guests: Be cautious, and contact the property directly to reconfirm your reservation before travelling. No traveller should have to face this situation after paying in advance and making all the necessary travel arrangements. I hope Booking.
