Ein wahrhafte Erlebnis mitnehmen tropischen Urwald
Eine sehr persönlich gestaltete fast schon künstlerisch eingerichtete und Design Unterkunft. Mitten im Urwald gelegen. Wirklich ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis hier zu wohnen
Leider war die Zufahrt, aufgrund des kurz vorher stattgefundenen Hurricane, ein wenig holprig. Das dürfte sich aber in den nächsten Tagen wieder lösen.

A confirmed booking that wasn't honored, followed by terrible customer service and a vacation ruined
I have never had a travel booking experience this bad. About 30 minutes after receiving a confirmed reservation, the host called to tell me the property was already booked. The host blamed Booking.com, and Booking.com blamed the host. As the paying customer, I was left to deal with the consequences. After being told the property was unavailable, I had to contact Booking.com myself to arrange the cancellation and request a refund. After fighting through endless AI prompts, I finally reached a representative. By then, it was too late to make alternate arrangements before my flight. Despite Booking.com's advertised relocation assistance, none was offered. Instead, I was placed on hold while they confirmed with the host what I had already been told. Because of this failure, my family missed the volcanic eruption we had planned our trip around. We also paid additional costs to change flights and cancel a rental car. Booking.com later offered me $68.31 in compensation, an amount that felt like an insult after the disruption and extra expense. Whether the fault was the host's or Booking.com's, a confirmed reservation should never have been confirmed if the property wasn't available. The customer should not bear the cost of that failure. Based on this experience, I would not trust this host to honor a reservation, nor would I trust Booking.com to stand behind one. This was my first and last time using Booking.com. When customers make mistakes, they pay. When Booking.com or one of its partners makes a mistake, the customer still pays. Think twice before trusting either with your vacation.

We arrived after nightfall in a rainstorm. The owner was very helpful.
We were able to watch a video about the construction of house. It is out in the forest which added to the ambience of the house.
