    Verouderd appartementje.

    Terrasje met mooi uitzicht op de zee. Heel groot comfortabel bed.

    Verouderd klein appartement. Badkamer is heel verouderd en de afwerking douche is heel triestig (je moet de deur dicht doen om lades van lavabo kastje te gebruiken. Keukentje (kookplaatje staat in de hoek en je kan er zelfs met moeite voorstaan om te gebruiken). Schuifdeur van terras kan je pas met héél veel moeite open krijgen. Schuift bijna niet. Ook schuifraam slaapkamer gaat heel moeilijk open. Parkeren in de straat voor het gebouw lukt bijna nooit. Soms 2 straten verder moeten staan. Eén van de 2 stoelen aan het eettafeltje was gevaarlijk om op te zitten. Stoelpoten stonden los. De huurprijs is heel veel voor wat het is. Op foto lijkt het veel moderner en groter.

    l'appartement trés bien, trés bien placé surtout pour les couchers de soleil superbes, trés propre ,

    les difficultés de parking entre 17 et 21 h tous les soirs (a cause du lieu très favorable et très fréquenté pour l'observation des couchers de soleils) il faudrait informer sur la marque des dosettes de la machine à café
