    I have used Booking.com extensively around the world and this was easily my worst experience. Very poor customer service

    Location.

    Very disappointing experience, poor customer service Unfortunately, our experience with Vossa Bossa Cadoro was extremely disappointing. The main issue was no working internet throughout our entire two-night stay. The agent initially offered alternative accommodation for the following day, which we accepted, but then contradicted this and withdrew the option, insisting we relocate immediately when our children were already asleep. The only other solution was to wait between 11am and 2pm the following day for a technician, meaning potentially wasting a significant part of our only full day in São Paulo. We ultimately stayed without internet because cancelling risked losing BRL 750 of our approximately BRL 1,000 booking. Afterwards, I requested a reasonable partial refund. Rather than taking responsibility, the agent blamed the situation on us and then completely ignored my final request for a refund or partial refund.

    Não gostei da acomodação pq eu aluguei com vista para a cidade no vigésimo andar e nos colocaram no segundo, eu pedi ajuda para a Booking que prontamente entrou em contato com os locatários que disseram que o apartamento era igual. O vaso sanitário de um dos quartos tinha vazamento, as camas eram muitos desconfortáveis e as pobres das plantas estavam mortas de falta de água.
