    Gyönyörűen tiszta volt, minden nap takarítottak nálunk, csodálatos kilátás, nagyon csendes. Probléma volt a wc-vel és egyből megpróbálták elintézni nekünk.

    Une catastrophe / A disaster

    FR - Quand vous ouvrez le balcon, la climatisation s'arrête automatiquement, et quand vous refermez le balcon, la climatisation se remet en marche automatiquement. ENG - When you open the balcony door, the air conditioning switches off automatically, and when you close the balcony door, the air conditioning switches back on automatically.

    FR - Les équipement ne sont pas satisfaisants. Le personnel n'est absolument pas professionnel (c'est géré en famille), pour ne pas dire catastrophique - nous nous sommes fait agresser par écrit et par oral, c'est absurde. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas. La salle de bain est vétuste et très mal équipée. Le rapport qualité/prix est mauvais. Je ne comprends pas leur bonne note, ils ont dû sympathiser avec des clients ou demander des bonnes notes à leur entourage. C'est le pire séjour de toute ma vie. ENG - The facilities are unsatisfactory. The staff are completely unprofessional (it’s a family-run business), not to say disastrous – we were verbally and in writing attacked; it’s absurd. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work. The bathroom is dilapidated and very poorly equipped. It’s poor value for money. I don’t understand how they’ve got such a good rating; they must have befriended some guests or asked their friends and family to give them good reviews. It’s been the worst stay of my entire life.
