    We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. Vagelis was an incredibly helpful and attentive host throughout, nothing felt like too much trouble, and his warmth really set the tone for the trip! The villa itself is stunning. It is spread across three floors with a lift, was spotlessly clean and felt genuinely well looked after. The swimming pool was a highlight — we spent hours there and the pool lights at night gave it a luxe feel! Toiletries and amenities were generously stocked, including plenty of pool towels. The location is brilliant. It sits in a quiet and safe area but has good restaurants and shops within about half an hour, and the beach is incredibly close. For anyone wanting to explore further, Athens is only around 35 minutes away — so you get the best of both worlds; total peace and quiet at the villa, with easy access to the city when you want it. The friendly resident cats were a bonus we didn't expect but loved! An excellent experience from start to finish. We'd come back without hesitation.

    Incredible Villa, super helpful hosts

    Incredible villa, with super helpful hosts. Our flight was delayed coming into Athens and we only arrived at the villa at 2am but the host met us with a smile, freshly baked treats and bottled water in all the fridges. The villa is super spacious, modern and has great facilities. Has everything you need - Shampoo, shower gel, towels, hair dryers and iron/steamer. Great views from every room and a lovely large pool. Couldn’t recommend the villa enough for a stay in Vouliagmeni

    Nothing but be aware that there aren’t any restaurants very close to the villa. But they are a short taxi away
