  Excelente alojamiento en buena zona, cercana a pie de todo.

  La ubicación excelente. Limpieza, comodidad y que tenga 2 baños.

  Solo un juego de toallas por persona para 4 noches lo veo escaso.

  disaster and drama

  The relatively good location is a plus for this apartment, but considering the scandalous standard of hygiene and service, I would never consider booking it again.

  Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, the apartment was not properly prepared for guests. The floor was dirty, one of the beds in the children's bedroom had dirty bed linen with hair on it and an unpleasant smell, the bathroom contained extensive mold, the shower drain was blocked, and the furniture, shelves and bathroom radiator were covered in dust. Despite booking the apartment for three guests for a four-night stay, only one small rubbish bag was provided, which was insufficient even for the size of the kitchen bin. There was also no practical way to dry laundry despite a washing machine being provided. During our stay, cockroaches appeared in the bathroom, dining area and even inside the wardrobe in the children's bedroom. All of these issues were reported immediately and documented with photographs and videos. Of all the problems reported, only three were addressed: the dirty floor was cleaned on the day of our arrival after I had reported the issue and provided photographic evidence, the bed linen on one of the children's beds was replaced after the first night, and additional rubbish bags were provided. The remaining issues were never resolved during our stay. The apartment did not meet basic standards of hygiene, sanitation or guest safety. I initially booked and paid for a four-night stay but left after three nights because I genuinely believed the management company would resolve the reported issues. Once it became clear that the cockroach infestation would not be addressed, I had no choice but to leave. No refund was provided for the unused final night. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend either this apartment or the management of the property.

  Велика гарна квартира з гарним місцем розташуванням

  Велика, нова, чиста квартира. Вся необхідна техніка є. Ліжка зручні. Розташування супер. Менеджери на звʼязку постійно , вирішують питання швидко.

  В кімнаті яка виходить у двір , там як колодязь в будинку, і в 7-8 ранку дуже шумно
