Serious hygiene issues with duvets
The location was excellent. Self-check in was easy and clear.
Where shall I begin…The biggest issue for us was that the duvets (no duvet cover) were disgusting - lots of yellow stains and even blood, see photos attached. There was an only a blanket for each bed to put the dirty duvet on. As the nights getting colder, we had no choice but to use those filthy duvets. There were some smaller issues: the rooms smelled a bit moulded; the apartment is much more worn out and more basic that the photos; there wasn’t a hairdryer in the apartment; and host didn’t respond to our messages.

A fantastic, beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment in a superb yet peaceful location.
This was a fantastic apartment and genuinely exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated to a very high standard, extremely comfortable and very well equipped – we immediately felt at home. The location is superb, just a few minutes’ walk from Plaza Mayor, yet the apartment is on a lovely, quiet little street with virtually no traffic or noise at night. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.
Everything was perfect.

El piso es grande, cómodo, en un sitio excepcional, con todo lo necesario, la zona común de la casa buenísima .
la ubicación excepcional. Muy buena la zona comun
Ibamos con una persona anciana en silla de ruedas con movilidad reducida y en el ascensor la silla de ruedas ( ruedas grandes) no entra y la persona debía levantarse , en nuestro caso no fue problema pero si la persona no puede levantarse y subir y bajar de pie este ascensor no sirve para minusválidos. Al entrar olía demasiado fuerte a productos de limpieza y ese olor duró un día completo.El check in no pudimos hacerlo a las 16:00 h ya que a las 16:30 aún seguían limpiando y tuvimos que irnos y entrar más tarde…Los ventiladores están muy bien, pero quizás no entendimos el funcionamiento ya que un control remoto tenía acción a otras habitaciones, si encendías las luces se apagaban los ventiladores ,por lo que serían adecuados instrucciones de uso. Las duchas sacaban poca agua.
