  It ticks all the boxes and we can’t wait to stay there again

  The lady that oversees the villa (Kelly) was fantastic, great communication, helpful and lovely. The villa was spacious and the outdoor area was big with a big pool and fantastic bbq area

  Awful condition and over priced needs seriously updating !!

  The accommodation fell far below an acceptable standard and completely ruined what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I honestly do not know where to begin, as there were so many problems throughout our stay. When we arrived, the refrigerator was not working, and we were without a functioning fridge for two days. We had to remove all of our food, which was then stored in the personal refrigerator of a member of staff from Top Canary Villas. Although the refrigerator eventually began working again, it continued to switch on and off throughout our entire stay and never maintained a consistent temperature. As a result, we lost food that we had purchased on the first day of our holiday. There were also serious electrical problems throughout the villa. The hallway lights did not work, one of the main bathrooms had no electricity, and two of the bedrooms were without electricity for more than five days. If the lights in these areas were switched on, they caused the refrigerator to trip, meaning that the electrical circuit had to remain switched off at the control panel. An electrician eventually attended the property and installed a large fuse box, but this should never have been necessary during our holiday. The kitchen was outdated, poorly equipped, and badly maintained. The dishwasher was unusable because the shelves were rusty, broken, and falling apart. We had already purchased dishwasher tablets and approximately €200 worth of food and drinks, only to discover that we could not use the appliance. The kitchen also contained dirty chairs, broken cupboards, damaged utensils, no mugs, only one oven shelf, and no baking trays. The bathrooms were equally disappointing. The main bathroom was dirty and had mouldy grout, a broken bidet, a broken towel rail, and a faulty mirror light. The shower room also had a broken shower screen, a loose toilet, mouldy grout and sealant, and a toilet that did not flush properly.

  Stayed there before do i knew the location and the property. Kelly, who manages the villa met me upon arrival, she could not have been more helpful if she tried, nothing was too much trouble. As asset to the company. Would highly recommend.

  Pool area needs painting.
