  Musky, moldy, dirty and smelly.

  The only positive thing about the property was the pretty view outside.

  Where to start off.. We arrived at the property at approx 2am and were instantly met with a huge disappointment upon entering the building. First thing we noticed was an unfresh, musky smell, spider webs in the corners and ants walking around the kitchen counter. Once you make your way upstairs, the disappointment continues, we then found some more spider webs and spiders, a small lizard and the thing that cut our stay short, was the black mold. Let’s start off with the master bedroom, this had the least amount of mold, but it still had plenty black spots on the ceiling and in the corners when you looked for them. Moving on to the room with the bunkbeds, this one was exceptionally disgusting, the gap between the mattress and the bed frame had some sort of dirt in it, the bed sheets although didn’t look dirty, didn’t exactly smell fresh. The cherry on the top once again was the black moldy spots on the ceiling, who wouldn’t want to sleep on a bunk bed with black moldy spots, approximately a metre away from their face? This is also where we found the little lizard. He was cute but he didn’t contribute towards the £830 we paid so he wasn’t welcome. Refusing to sleep in the moldy bunk bed room, two of us slept on the downstairs couch with the spiders and ants. There was a vacuum cleaner in the property, so we did hoover those up before bed. We turned on the AC downstairs and it started leaking water on the couch and the socket. The couch is VERY worn out so don’t expect a comfortable sleep and we all woke up with a stuffy nose the following morning, that seemed to never happen again during our visit to the island, once we switched properties. We obviously made a complaint to booking.com as we didn’t want to continue our stay there. The property owner had someone come out and clean the property, but wiping away the mold of the ceiling just hides the problem, doesn’t actually resolve it, so we never went back to the property again.

  Genoten van rust en uitzicht, goed geslapen, beetje kampeergevoel in badkamer en keuken.

  De locatie et prachtig uitzicht en veel rust en privacy. Slaapkamer s boven ruim en schoon. Terras heel aangenaam. Host reageert snel op vragen en lost op.

  Badkamer erg klein. Douche krap. Vochtgeur keukenkastjes Oven erg vies. Keukenmateriaal en serviesgoed erg beperkt.

  Overall, the stay was really pleasant. The location is centralized on the island, and the owner is very kind.

  The amazing view, quiet environment, a lot of space for 2 people.

  The house was a bit humid, some of the lights didn’t work, and it wasn’t perfectly clean.
