    My laundry was not returned to my room on time; it was only brought back after I had followed up multiple times and finally expressed some frustration.

    Almost perfect hotel. 2 issues for me. Both preference.

    Comfortable, stylish, good room service

    Toilet in its own cubical with no sink to wash your hands in. Car park lacked signage for directions to enter hotel and ended up in Westfield for some time

    A superb stay and the perfect start to married life – couldn’t fault a thing!

    The staff were absolutely lovely. We stayed after our wedding and it was just perfect. The breakfast was stunning, and our room was just fantastic. I can’t recommend it enough. We look forward to coming back for our anniversary next year. Thanks so much for making our stay so special.

    There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect!
