  A really comfortable, flexible and organized stay

  A very clean, organized and comfortable place to stay. My group went to stay for just one night after our plane trip before going to Kyoto and it was a refreshing stay. Our check-in and check-out was very flexible for it being a self-check in. The place is spacious, so there was just enough space for ourselves and the bags. There were clear instructions and advices for anything about the accomodation and the local area. The rooms are well illuminated and the futons were really comfy to sleep. We came in tired and left well rested, so we reccomend it for anyone looking for great cost-beneffit.

  The distance to some important subway lines is quite far, but there's nothing which can be done about this, so look out for that when booking.

  Comfortable and spacious apartment with everything a family needs.

  Great apartment equipped with everything needed for our stay. Our little kid loved the tatami room, where her futon had already been set up, and it was very easy to make her go to sleep lying down all together. The apartment has three separate rooms, meaning that we could still do things once the baby was asleep, contrary to other places with a single room. The kitchen was equipped with all sort of things, including kids cutlery, dishes and cups and had several dinners there instead of eating out (and all the breakfasts). The area was very quiet, so it was very easy to sleep at night, and it was also very safe to walk around the neighbourhood. It was also useful to have access to the storage room to leave our stroller.

  Everything was fine, and we also had timely support from the host during our stay. If I had to really pick on something it would be the emergency light that stayed on all the time. Not a problem, but it meant we had to close the doors of the bedrooms at night.

  Very good choice!

  The apartement was very nice, with tatami in one of the sleeping rooms (that was one of the reasons we chose it!) and has japanese standards in terms of space. The kitchen was well equippedThe street where the building is located is residential and very quiet. The metro station(s) were at walking distances. The owner/manager was very responsive and nice.

  The mattrasses in the tatami room are wide for one person, not that much for two (again, I think these are japanese standards); however we could easily overcome this by joining them. 4th floor (but 1st floor is the ground floor) only stairs, but that was very clearly stated, so no surprises.

  Idéal pour une famille

  Appartement confortable et et bien équipé pour une famille. Mi-chemin de AKIHABARA et de Asakusa où nous avons pu aller à pied. La rue est très calme ça fait du bien après une journée dans des quartiers plus fréquentés.
