    Overpriced and did not feel safe in an otherwise beautiful hotel

    Location, amenities and overall atmosphere in the hotel

    Airport shuttle was requested and confirmed but never showed up Breakfast very overpriced for mediocre quality Had staff try to enter my room while I was there three times and when I gave notice of it, first response was; well did you have a party or were you celebrating. The follow up just made it worse making me feel like I did not understand standard processes. Traveling alone that made me feel blamed and very uncomfortable. Also they send me 5 different invoices after I checked out, on the latest were extra charges based on mini ar that I did not use. I will not stay in this hotel ever again
