    Good location, the apartment is clean and looks nice; the bed is comfortable.

    It was cold in the apartment; the air conditioner didn't work in heating mode, and the radiator didn't work either. YouTube wasn't working on the TV. Getting into the apartment is overly complicated—you have to enter multiple codes and pass through three doors. I find a 3 PM check-in time too late, and a 10 AM check-out time too early; it was inconvenient. It would be nice to have tea, coffee, and water in the apartment; for the price, these could certainly be included.
