    Passable

    The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable.

    Whoever had cleaned the room before us had not done a good job. I found a bag of something moldy in one of the kitchen cabinets, and a dead fish on a broiler pan in the oven.

    Good plunger coffee not instant with breakfast. Ample room with kitchen, cosy bed

    Some issues booking a taxi at reception during Zomba festival (bit too far to walk to main events)

    Good

    The staff were very attentive and responsive. We were there for a conference and keen to do some of the teaching. Because it was raining at times the staff immediately put up gazebos/tents over the tables we were teaching at.

    Bit pricey compared to the conference centre we hired in Blantyre.
