It was a great experience staying for a night in a farm area with the nice and fluffy alpacas around. There are also a few goats, a pond with goldfish and another one with frogs. The owner, Neil, is a great person who tells about their animals with so much love and with good sense of humor. We had a stopover with my partner and two teenage boys, who are in general typically annoyed with everything. However they were happy about feeding alpacas and staying in that place. I would like to thank Neil and his wife for hospitality. We spent great time there celebrating 2,5 years of our relationship:) Aleksandra and David

Such a memorable stay, the hosts are so welcoming and friendly. The cabins warm and comfy- and the alpacas are way too cute. Why settle for just somewhere to stay - when you can have an experience to remember.

Beautiful escape in Waihi
The host was awesome, super friendly and welcoming and gave our family a nice tour of his block and the animals on it. Kids loved it!
Toilet and bathroom required going outside (separate to the living quarters). Fine with other adults but with younger kids, a bit trickier.

Exceptional location, fantastic host, wonderful facilities. A magnificent place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet still conveniently close. Highly recommended.
