    For the price it matched what we got. This is our third year staying in Waikiki Banyan Tower one

    We did like how spacious it was. And did like that the kitchen was out out of view when you were in the living room and bedroom. But we also liked that we were able to message and someone came up to fix the Wi-Fi even though it took a day or two.

    It was a little dirty. In the bathroom, I believe there is mold. There is a broken window that always stays open that is covered by broken plexiglass. The bathtub didn’t work. There was no plug in the shower stayed as a shower. You couldn’t mess with the plug where the water comes out of the faucet or the showerhead. And I had an 18 month old who I needed to give a bath to, but wasn’t able to all week for our stay. I had to hold them in the shower. Also, the door lock says that it would lock after 10 minutes, that wasn’t true. It would not automatically lock so if you forgot to hit the lock button it would stay unlocked

    Uncomfortable

    Location

    Street noise, broken chair and blinds, poor conditioning, lounge bed was very uncomfortable, and most importantly no access to the pool or spa.

    We loved the convenience to town but were very unsatisfied with our stay.

    We love that is was convenient to town, the beach, shopping and food.

    The hallway was in much need of an upgrade and smelled terrible. We had a group of 6 young people partying at all hours and being rude a few doors down. The couch along with the pull out bed where so uncomfortable you couldn’t sleep on it.
