    年2回旅行をしてますが、今までで最悪の旅になりました。お金を返してもらいたい位です。

    高速階だったので、景色は良かったです

    まずチェックイン用の情報をいただけてませんでした。 現場に到着しましたが、鍵の受け取り方、施設の使い方等の情報がなくセキュリティーの人にどうすればいいか尋ねたら、部屋番号がなければどうしようもないと言われ、今日から10日間2部屋予約してると言う情報もとにオーナーを探してもらいました。2部屋予約すリストは滅多にないらしく、セキュリティがオーナーを見つけてくれて、オーナーに連絡を取ってくれました。その後マネージャーから案内が届き部屋に入ることができましたそう案内も全て英文のため日本で日本語で予約をしているのに、全て英文でコミュニケーションを取らなくていけなく英語ができない人はまずチェックインできないと思います。 チェックインした後で、トイレの電気をつけると換気扇が半端なく大きな音を出してます。洗面所の水でも最悪で少ししか出ません。シャワーも十分な水量は出ませんでした。10日間の滞在なのに1泊分のタオルしかなかったので10泊の予定なので、シーツ交換タオル交換があるか尋ねたところ自分で洗濯しろとの事で旅の貴重な時間を洗濯に費やすことになりました洗剤も自己負担です。 他にもその後コミニケーションを取りたくメールを打っても返事がない電話にも出てこない。等などの細かいことがありますが2部屋500,000円払って最悪でした。この金額なら他に的とか場所はいくらでもあると思います。 1泊2泊なら我慢できるかもしれませんが、10泊も滞在して最悪です。

    It was okay. We got what we paid for. A Clean quiet place to sleep while we were on vacation.

    Clean. Owner responsive. Quiet. Nice Pool Area.

    Older condo, Bed was hard. Had to pay for parking. Outlets did not work in some areas.
