    Great location.

    The location was excellent.

    They were painting the outside of the property so we had no air conditioning every day from 7-3.

    DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST

    Nothing

    Host double booked and despite confirming our stay tried to cancel our reservation. They wouldn't call as I don't have US phone number. They expected us to respond to a message from them within 15 minutes and then blamed us when we didn't. No solution was offered for the double booking. I had to spend 3 hours on the phone to booking.com support and in the end they cancelled our stay here and we had to stay elsewhere. Avoid this host at all costs. They are unhelpful, unable to operate a rental unit and unwilling to offer any reasonable solution to issues of there own causing.

    Location was great for walking to many resorts and shopping. Great views of ocean and Friday night fireworks.

    Elevators require long wait at times.
