    I would think really hard unless all the scaffolding was gone

    When you had problem the staff help take care of it

    Construction scaffolding all over the building The bed was only 18 inches off the floor. That’s the top of the bed. We didn’t have hot water, but one night and the water was turned off for five hours on one day
