    Well equipped kitchen and very spacious rooms. Neat and well maintained. Great communication and clear details provided by the host.

    Shower needs a shower caddy or soap holder.

    The location and the added secure access were great! It was a very nice quiet neighborhood, and the security personnel were very efficient, friendly, and professional. The unit was equipped with basic necessities, which sufficed. We were thankful for ample easy access parking right outside the unit.

    We stayed there in July and it was VERY cold due to the fact that there were no heaters available. (We live in the northern hemisphere, so we were not acclimatized). There is evidence of mold on the ceiling and walls in the master bathroom shower. There is no extractor fan and with it being so cold, leaving the window open was not an option. The tap for the basin in that bathroom is very stiff and difficult to use without hitting your hand on the bathroom cabinet attached right above it. There was no hair dryer in the unit, so we went out to get one, only to find out there was no adapter available for the round plug either, so that made 2 trips to use a dryer. Also, no plug outlet in the bathroom and no extension cord. All 4 dining chairs were broken/missing screws, so we were unable to use the table. The couch was pretty worn out and very low for people with mobility issues. We weren't aware that the unit was on the 2nd floor, which was a little difficult from a mobility perspective. The hot water was extremely hot every time. We tried to reach out to the host via email and the WhatsApp text chat, but got no response during our visit.
