    Sehr enttäuschende Unterkunft

    Sehr gute Lage, originelles Design

    Sehr In die Jahre gekommen, alle Teppiche, Möbel, Textilien eklig, nur das Bett war wirklich sauber, extrem lauter Kompressor im Flur vor Zimmertür, hellhörig trotz (schmuddeligem) Hinterhof - ich kann viele Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Dazu falsche Angaben zum Parken (Straßenparkplätze am WE umsonst), falscher WLAN-Code im Zimmer, offene Schlüsselbox ohne Schlüssel bei Ankunft - trotz Kritik keinerlei Reaktion des Managements (Dame an der Rezeption nett aber ahnungslos). Einziges Lichtblick war der sehr nette und hilfsbereite Nachtnotdienst.

    Ci è stato offerto servizio custodia bagagli dopo il check out ,la reception chiudeva alle 19 ma alle 18.30 non c'era più nessuno e non si sono preoccupati di avvisarci. Attenzione verso il cliente pari a zero.
