Cleanliness as major issue - cleaning refund a must. Post comms with host atrocious

The location was appropriate for our needs

Key pad instructions were incomplete. youtube to work it out. Cleanliness - very poor. Had to clean many areas ourselves. Tried to contact host (ph/em) for 2 wks - Stonewalled. Demand refund for cleaning

Great little apartment, great location, accommodating host. I would definitely revisit.(if they get a new cleaner) 😊

Great location nice and neat little apartment. Has everything you need from coffee machine, and a large fridge perfect for our families needs. Fresh water dispenser as well.

It was very dusty and dirty. The coffee machine hadn’t been emptied from the previous booking and had stagnant coffee water in the drip tray. We had to get a replacement on one of the dooners as it had a vomit stain on it that still had an odour. In saying this the host was very apologetic and promptly dropped us off a new doona.
