Stylish hotel in a great location, but disappointing room condition for the price.

The hotel has a stylish atmosphere and is conveniently located in Tribeca. The room was clean, and I appreciated the overall design of the hotel.

I was disappointed with the condition of the room, especially considering the price of $406 for one night. The flooring had a noticeable crack, and there were visible signs of damage and wear in the bathroom. At this price point, I expected a much better-maintained room. Unfortunately, the overall value for money did not meet my expectations.

Staff were incredibly nice and responsive.

Location was very loud. We were positioned near a cleaning room and the door to that room started slamming at 7:30am and kept slamming all morning.
