    Perfect location/ apartment but it wasn’t clean…..

    The location is honestly amazing and the apartment itself is very cute. The pool was also a great plus, and the property could have been a really lovely place to stay.

    Unfortunately, the cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. We found dirty pillowcases and multiple plates and mugs with dried food residue still stuck to them, making it very clear that the kitchenware had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. On top of that, there were no dishwasher pods provided, so we couldn’t even properly clean everything ourselves. We immediately contacted the host and sent pictures of the issues. Unfortunately, despite seeing the evidence, the host offered no compensation or meaningful solution. It’s especially disappointing because the apartment has a great location and a lot of potential, but cleanliness and basic hygiene should be a given when paying to stay somewhere. We would not stay here again unless the cleaning standards are seriously improved.
