    Everything we needed for a short term stay. Full kitchen, nice and clean and modern. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy access to scooters and parks.

    Perfect for short stays as with older kids or enjoying a weekend away for a concert/sport etc

    Excellent location close to Riverside Market and city central. Easy walking and with the lovely weather made it just perfect. Plenty of paid parking around and very quiet at night compared to motels on Riccarton Road. Facilities modern inside. Not many apartments around us seemed occupied so nice and quiet. Not accessible for people with trouble climbing stairs but that didn't bother us.

    When we arrived after our check in time we found the apartment had not been cleaned from the last visitors (beds not made, rubbish bins not emptied so presumably also the bathroom not cleaned). Disappointed as you like to arrive at a place ready to go. Luckily the weather was lovely and we had plenty of energy to get out and enjoy activities while we waited for the place to be cleaned and set up for us (about 2.5 hours). The reviews for this place were very good so I suspect we just got unlucky on this occasion - don't let this put you off booking.
