    Er hing een vreselijke riool lucht in het appartement We zijn niet geholpen toen we een probleem hadden na herhaaldelijk contact, eigenaar is niet bereikbaar, je wordt afgewimpeld met een chatbot

    I don’t recommend this place

    The location as it has a lot of restaurants and shops

    Reasons not to choose this apartment: 1. Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but the apartment hadn't been cleaned yet; when I asked why, the response was simply that they have many apartments and we had to wait. The cleaning was very poor—only superficial; there was long-accumulated dust under the beds and next to the nightstands (I had to spend an hour cleaning after taking over the apartment). 2. The air conditioner emitted a very toxic odor (confirmed by the technician, who stated it was caused by bacteria). Consequently, we had to go without air conditioning in 30-degree heat, which made it difficult to get any rest. 3. The pillows are very hard (hard as a rock). 4. Every message sent to the apartment owners received a standard automated reply... with no actual solutions provided.

    Vacanze da incubo (Puzza e Blatte)

    I vicini di casa, persone cordiali e sensibili, gli unici che ci hanno aiutato a risolvere il problema con le chiavi.

    Praticamente niente, appena siamo arrivati in casa c'era una puzza terribile, abbiamo acceso l'aria condizionata e ci siamo resi conto che la puzza usciva da li, da quel momento abbiamo continuamente segnalato questo disservizio ma ci siamo imbattuti in un odissea di messaggi con (Intelligenza Artificiale) ma nessuno che intervenisse per risolvere il problema, per poter sopravvivere al caldo infernale abbiamo aperto le finestre e ci siamo ritrovati invasi da blatte e scarafaggi, ancora messaggi ma nessun intervento, praticamente abbiamo speso €2.380,00 per 7 giorni da incubo. Faremo causa a questi proprietari fantasma e a booking se non ci risarciscono fino a l'ultimo centesimo
