    Nice location, ideal for short stay .

    Location was ideal with a short bus ride to Oxford. We also found it easy to get a bus to Woodstock.

    Drain smell especially in the upstairs ensuite. Problem with window lock in living area and no plug for kitchen sink. Could do with a freshen up of paint but even so we had a nice stay.

    Smell, not clean, no response to text from owner! There was an awful cooking smell that permeated the whole ground floor. The furniture had dried food and stains. The dining table and chairs were in bad condition. The beds had dips in the mattresses and the quilts were very thin. We hung a t shirt on the unit and it collapsed in pieces. We used the upstairs bathroom once and went out, on our return the carpet outside the bathroom was sopping wet. We tried to contact the owner on the number provided, no answer, left a message, we are still waiting for a response!

    Absolutely recommend for families. It’s a lovely new-ish build and it looked exactly like the pictures. Easy access to O

    Loved the clear communication, parking, easy check in and out, walking distance to the bus, etc. great facilities having a small kitchen with washer and dryer.

    Upstairs bathroom has a funky smell to it but close the door and you’ll be fine. The pros outweigh the cons here.
