    Not a good 4 day stay.

    It was close to all the Disney parks

    The door on my room kept having issues even the white sensor thing for the card came off, when we got there the balcony had trash , I had left my crocs behind and I waited like 20 min for them to try to find them but I had to drive back to Tampa and I was gonna get stuck in traffic so they said they could send them and now they’re trying to charge me 70 to ship them back !!

    Save your money stay some where else!!!

    Good Location on Disney Property. Was ablwe to get a last minute Booking.

    DO NOT BOOK THROUGH BOOKING, Got charged twice for my room when i asked the counter person this is just for the deposit he said yes and was 1000% wrong charged twice. Had to use Valet no big issues except the left dont know what the right is doing. Was told bags would be brought up 1.5 hours later no bags, went down apparently it was my fault for not taking them the slip but that is not what i was instructed. Never even got a map for the resourt or shown where to go for our room, thankfully there event planner helped us to figure it out.
