    Di positivo ha solo la vicinanza al centro.

    Appena arrivati alla portone d’ingresso alle 11pm il codice fornito non funzionava, abbiamo tentato decine di volte l’ingresso e con noi avevamo la nostra bambina di 8 mesi. Alla fine ho chiamato la struttura e mi hanno suggerito di ritentare con il codice velocemente finché alla fine non si è aperta. Entriamo in casa e la casa puzzava di fogna. Le lenzuola erano palesemente usate e sporche con peli e capelli ovunque. Per terra c’erano impronte di scarpe e capelli di ogni genere. Le tubature del bagno erano intasate sia per il lavandino che per la doccia si allagava tutto se tenevi l’acqua aperta per più di 1 minuto. Il mocio era pieno di peli e capelli. La prima cosa che abbiamo fatto il mattino seguente è stato comprare detersivi igenizzanti e lavare TUTTO. Dai cuscini alle lenzuola, abbiamo lavato il bagno con sanitari e acquisti un nuovo mocio per lavare in terra perché quello fornito FACEVA SCHIFO. Abbiamo contattato la struttura esponendo le foto e tutto e hanno solo saputo dire “mi dispiace se volete mandiamo qualcuno a pulire” capite bene che con una bambina piccola che gattona per casa non ho tempo di aspettare le loro pulizie che dovevano già essere fatte! Ho richiesto il rimborso. Peccato che non posso mettere tutte le foto sotto.

    Toiletries were included however we only had 2 sachets of hair/body wash and 1 sachet of body lotion and a small bar of soap for the shower - everything else was fine
