  **A disappointing experience I would never want to repeat** Unfortunately, there is very little positive I can say about this hotel. Although the building is relatively new, the rooms and common areas are already in surprisingly poor condition. There are scratches, chips, stains, damaged surfaces, and signs of wear everywhere. The quality of the finishing is poor, and the whole place feels neglected and badly maintained. But the biggest problem is **cleanliness, or rather, the lack of it.** The rooms and common areas were filthy. Dust, fingerprints on windows and furniture, stained surfaces, and torn upholstery were just some of the things we noticed. The bathrooms were especially unpleasant. The toilets were extremely dirty, with visible traces left by previous guests. It was hard to believe that anyone had properly cleaned them before our arrival. This is simply unacceptable, regardless of the hotel's category. There were other problems too. Some of the lights in the rooms didn't work properly, and the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. Breakfast was another disappointment. Turkey is known for its excellent hotel breakfasts, but this one fell far below expectations. The selection was very limited, the tables were dirty, and the dishes looked old and worn. The buffet was so messy and poorly presented that it looked as though other guests had already picked through everything and left it in complete disorder. Nothing looked particularly fresh or appetizing. To be fair, the reception was probably the only part of the hotel that seemed to function reasonably well. I also have serious doubts about some of the glowing reviews this hotel receives. Many of them sound remarkably similar and offer very little detail about the actual experience. I can't say whether they're genuine or not, but they certainly don't reflect what we experienced.

  Cela reste tout de même correct pour un court séjour.

  Nous avons apprécié la superficie de la chambre, qui était spacieuse, ainsi que la très belle salle de bain. La chambre était correcte dans l’ensemble et la literie particulièrement confortable, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer.

  Nous avons malheureusement été déçues par la propreté de la chambre. Il y avait énormément de poussière sur différentes surfaces et le sol était très mal nettoyé, ce qui est regrettable. Nous avons également été très déçues par le petit-déjeuner, qui n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Ces points ont malheureusement terni notre expérience globale malgré certains aspects positifs de la chambre.
