It was good to stay with some drawbacks. Thanks.
I like high floor 25 and good view of city. Next to 212 mall is very good to do shopping. Rate is reasonable which was highlighted by my friend and because of him I stayed in this hotel.
Room was not so clean and I see some dust and hair on the table. Study table was very small for laptop to put and work. During check in nobody welcomed me when I came by car and I didn’t know where is reception and I was moving around.

Spacious accommodation let down by missing basics, intrusive housekeeping, very poor communication
The apartment was spacious. Having the extra room was the main positive aspect of our stay.
The kitchen had a visibly chipped hob and an old, rusted washing machine, but not even a spoon or plastic cup was provided. Messages through Booking.com went unanswered, our extensions repeatedly caused checkout confusion, and housekeeping entered without knocking. After checkout, we received a US$350 request for alleged damage to a television we had never used, without supporting evidence in the message; we dispute this charge.

Sedia con una gamba rotta,tv rotta, per la cucina devi chiedere tutto(padella,piatti,posate,bicchieri),piano ad induzione lentissimo,no scopino nel wc,doccia che perde acqua dalla porta,chiavi magnetiche che si smagnetizzano facilmente,colazione povera e di bassa qualità (i cornetti spariscono subito e tornano dopo 20 minuti), spesso orde di cinesi che bloccano il piazzale esterno (autobus) e gli ascensori.

My experience at Wanda Vista Hotel was excellent from beginning to end. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and very professional service. I would especially like to mention Supervisor Mahmut, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He made sure that everything was running smoothly and always showed great attention to guests. A big thank you also to Selinay, Kadir, and Melisa. They were all very friendly, respectful, and attentive. Their smiles and positive energy made the whole experience even better. It is clear that the hotel has a great team who genuinely care about their guests. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the excellent hospitality. I would happily stay at Wanda Vista Hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Great job to the entire team!
