Estancia perfecta.Atencion impecable.
El hotel es precioso y está en un sitio estupendo, nos gustó muchísimo. Todo el personal está muy atento para ayudarte tanto en cosas relacionadas con el hotel como en organizar las vistas a los distintos parques. Especial mención a Vivi, que estuvo los 3 días pendiente de nosotros las 24 h del día, un encanto de persona. A nosotros nos recomendaron una guía, Ching, que nos encantó. El desayuno muy rico.

Great stay. Lily was extremely helpful!
Lily has been amazing. She helped with our itinerary planning as soon as we booked our stay. Each day she helped with reservations and made our stay very easy. Hotel is in a good location so easy to access the park in the day and town at night. Rooms were lovely too.
It was all good. Very enjoyable stay.

Отель расположен в самом центре городка, в нескольких минутах от Национального парка, что очень удобно. Рядом много различных ресторанов на любой вкус. В основном китайская👌, но есть и европейская еда. Номера просторные, чистые. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда предложат чай в лобби. Но самое главное, что мы оценили, это отношение менеджеров к отдыхающим. Нам заранее написали сами и предложили организовать наше время в Чжанцзяцзе в соответствии с нашими пожеланиями. Были менеджером заранее забронированы билеты и расписаны все наши дни так, что мы не потеряли ни одной минуты там. Огромное спасибо Kiki, работающей там, за такое душевное и внимательное отношение к нам.
Лифт находится немного в стороне, но это не влияло на наш отдых.

Perfect stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great, within walking distance of the park entrance. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned our room and replaced the towels every day. The entire staff was very kind and helpful, especially FeiFei, who helped us plan two fantastic days visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain. We followed the directions she gave us and had an amazing experience. I truly recommend staying here!
