    The location was excellent, just in front of Puerta del Sol square, with a beautiful view of it. The neighbourhood has many restaurants and businesses until late at night and the metro station is just a few steps away. The apartment was very clean and in a good state. Once you fill-in all the information they ask through a link sent via the Booking app, you get easy access to the apartment and some instructions on amenities like the wifi. They also left a bottle of water in the fridge and some espresso coffee capsules, which we appreciated.

    Even though you have a beautiful view, you can't use the balcony as per apartment policy, which is a shame. The bed in the main room was noisy and hard, and also the sofa bed was not super comfy, but we stayed only 1 night so it was not too bad. Unlike other accommodations, you don't have a reception, so you have to call the host if you need anything and you don't have luggage storage for free before check-in or after check-out, I understand that they have some lockers at a different location and you have to pay for them. You need to be aware that there is a 300 euro damage deposit that will be charged to your credit card, if you want to avoid it, they will charge you 30 euros fee waiver, which you have to pay outside the Booking's website.

    Wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Die Lage ist top. Man muss bedenken, dass die Puerta de Sol sehr laut ist, auch nachts. Die Fenster sind top isoliert u schützen vor dem Lärm.

    Für uns wären zwei einzelne Matratzen besser. Der Türcode unten an der Haustür wechselte täglich, man muss sich immer wieder einen neuen besorgen.

    Luci non regolabili nell’intero appartamento, doccia che perdeva acqua a cause delle porte che non si chiudevano bene
